Standard International shipping will be shipped DHL Business Standard. Order delivery is estimated 2-5 weeks
from the shipping confirmation. International shipping may take longer due to international customs in any given region.

Returns, Reshipments & Refunds
Your Paperwallet Item comes with a One Month Guarantee (30 days)
. When returning your order or product, all products must be reshipped in their original packaging with no damage to the product or packaging. In the event that your item is defective in anyway, not including wear from normal use, send it back to us with within One Month
of receipt with original packaging and we'll make sure to take care of you.
In case of an error in shipping details due to customer neglect, the customer will have to repay for re-shipping. Please make sure all fields are correct in shipping before completing your order. If your order was shipped to the wrong address due to our neglect, we will reship you your order free of charge same day.
Once an order has been shipped and states "ARRIVAL IN COUNTRY [DESTINATION COUNTRY - TRACKING UPDATES MAY END HERE, WILL BE DELIVERED SHORTLY]" or "
delivered" in the tracking website we provide either by DHL or USPS, the responsibility of securing the order is on the customer. We will file an investigation claim with our logistics company if eligible and will do what we can to locate and retrieve your order. If said customer claims no order was delivered, paperwallet will or will not authorize one last shipment with the said customer paying to reship.
If an order is lost in transit and tracking does not update after 45 days from the shipping date, you will be given the option of a refund or to reship the order.
Refunds will occur immediately after we receive your order back in the warehouse.
- In the case of a return or refund, shipping and handling charges on the original order are not refundable.
- Missing Shipments shipped via Standard International shipping: orders which arrived in customers country and stop displaying tracking with text "ARRIVAL IN COUNTRY [DESTINATION COUNTRY - TRACKING UPDATES MAY END HERE, WILL BE DELIVERED SHORTLY]", you may claim for a refund with support (shipping cost will not be reimbursed).
- Contacting us 1 hour after your order to cancel may incur an Interrupting / restocking fee of $2 during weekdays 9am-5pm EST.
- All promotional and/or sale items and orders with discounts exceeding 15% are final and non-refundable.
- If your package was returned due to incorrect address input by the customer, re-shipping cost will need to be paid by said customer.
- In case of a refund due to incorrect address a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total as well as shipping cost.
- If your package was returned due to Paperwallets mistake all expenses will be paid by Paperwallet.
*In rare cases a product may sell out in our logistics warehouse and wont be synced to our website in time to disable the sale of that product. In cases such as this we guarantee a full refund for the customer if requested or an exchange of the sold out design for a design that is available on the website.
Paperwallet is not responsible for return shipping costs. Units to be returned must be packed carefully in their original packaging.
