What are paperwallet products made of?

paperwallet accessories are made from extremely durable Tyvek® material. Tyvek® is high-density polyethylene fibers, a synthetic material which is elastic, waterproof, and long-lasting.

What are the shipping rates and do you ship international?

Paperwallet offers free shipping for any purchase over USD $50 for both domestic and international purchases (before tax and after applicable discounts or vouchers); Orders under $50 will be charged the Paperwallet low flat rates.

Should I create an account for purchase?

You do not need to create an account to make purchases on our site. Simply click Continue to proceed to checkout. To make your future purchases even faster, you can create an account during checkout.

How can I make a payment?

You can make the payment using Credit card/Debit card, Internet banking, Paypal, Amazon Pay or Discount Coupon

How can I redeem a discount coupon?

The discount Codes given to you can be used at the time of next purchase in the cart page. After inputting your coupon code click “Checkout” to apply the discount.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

In most cases, all orders confirmed before 14:00 EST are shipped same day Monday through Friday. Orders placed Friday after 14:00 EST through Sunday are shipped on Monday.

US Domestic Shipping –
All orders within the US are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Item delivery is estimated within 3-7 working days of the order. Tracking information will be emailed with shipping confirmation.

International Shipping –
All international orders will now be shipped through DHL. Order delivery is estimated within 1-4 weeks of the shipping confirmation. International shipping may take longer due to international customs in any given region.

How can I track my order?

A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number. That tracking number can be issued to track your order.

Which carriers do you use for shipment?

All orders are shipped within the US using USPS First Class Mail for domestic deliveries and DHL reliable services for International orders.

How many times does DHL attempt delivery?

DHL will contact you when a shipment is refused by the recipient or after two unsuccessful delivery attempts. You can then indicate whether another delivery attempt should be made.

Can I change the shipment address?

If you wish to change the shipment address after the order has left our warehouse, you are expected to bear the reshipment charges.

What happens if there is an error in the shipment details?

In case of an error in shipping details due to customer neglect, the customer will have to repay for shipping. Please make sure all fields are correct in shipping before completing your order. If your order was shipped to the wrong address due to our neglect, we will reship you your order free of charge same day.

What if the product is damaged?

In the event that your item is defective in anyway, not including wear from normal use, send it back to us within One Month of receipt and we'll make sure to take care of you.

What is the RFID material made from?

The RFID material is made from copper-nickel alloy. This protects your NFC cards from being scanned unknowingly.

What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
Can I cancel an order or an item?

If an order cancellation message is sent to us within 2 hours of purchase then shipping expenses are refunded as well. In such cases, the order has to be shipped back to us or denied delivery. The refund would be sent out promptly after we receive the order in the warehouse.

What are your Return/ Refund policy?

In the case of a return or refund, shipping and/or handling charges on the original order are not refundable. If your package was returned due to incorrect address input by the customer, shipping cost will need to be paid by said customer to reship. In case of a refund due to incorrect address a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total as well as shipping cost. If your package was returned due to our mistake, all expenses will be paid by Paperwallet.

Units to be returned should be packed carefully in their original packaging.

A product shows “sold out” on the website, when will it be restocked?

We do not bring them back. That’s why if you see something you like we recommend you purchase it while you can so you won’t be disappointed if it sells out ! You could subscribe to our newsletter for updates on latest releases and arrivals.

I am interested in sending you a design, what do I have to do?

Please reach out to support@paperwallet.com and we will be happy to provide you with our template to create your design.

Do I have to pay extra as custom fee?

Do to our products being small, custom fees rarely occur but in the case that it does happen to you all customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the end customer

Do I need to pay shipping charges for any items returned to you?

Paperwallet is not responsible for return shipping costs.

In case I change my mind about the design/colour I picked up, can I have it exchanged?

If you wish to get the product exchanged within 30 days of purchase, then the product has to be shipped back to us in its original packing and we will send out the new product after your shipment reaches our warehouse. Paperwallet is not responsible for the reshipment costs.

Can I get the wallet designs customized?

We do support customization for a minimum order of 1000 units.

What should I do if my credit/debit card has been compromised when I am trying to make a payment online?

We do not store your complete credit card information on our website, and hence this cannot be compromised on our website. If you suspect that your card has been compromised on some other website and has been misused on our website, please immediately report the incident to your card issuing bank Please also refer our privacy policy, which mentions that we do not collect or store your complete credit card information, and this is securely transmitted directly to the Bank's payment gateway.

Can I pay in several installments ?

Yes.
