Shipping Policy
You do not need to create an account to make purchases on our site. Simply click “Continue” to proceed to checkout. To make future purchases faster, you can create an account during checkout.
Affordable Shipping
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders for both domestic and international purchases (before tax and after applicable discounts).
Shipping rates for orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing Times
In most cases, all orders confirmed before 14:00 EST are shipped the same day, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed Friday after 14:00 EST through Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships
International Shipping
We ship all international orders using Passport, our trusted third-party international shipping provider.
Passport works with a network of global carriers to ensure your package is delivered safely and efficiently once it reaches your destination country.
- Estimated delivery: 8–14 business days after fulfillment
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
Duties, Taxes & Customs
To provide a smooth delivery experience, all international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
This means:
- Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout
- Your package will not be held at customs for additional payment upon delivery
Please note that duties and taxes vary depending on your country and order value.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
You can track your shipment at any time using the link provided in your email or via our tracking page.
Shipping Delays
If your tracking appears to have stopped updating, your package is still in transit and may be:
- Clearing customs
- Experiencing carrier or weather-related delays
Tracking updates will resume once the package moves to the next stage.

Returns, Reshipments & Refunds
All items come with a 30-day guarantee.
If your item is defective (excluding normal wear and tear), return it within 30 days of receipt and we will assist you.
Reshipments:
- If incorrect shipping details were entered by the customer, reshipping fees will apply
- If the error was on our end, we will reship free of charge
Delivered Packages:
- Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, securing it is the customer’s responsibility
- We will assist with claims where eligible
Lost Shipments:
- If tracking has not updated within 45 days, you may request a refund or reshipment
Refunds:
- Issued once returned items are received at our warehouse
Important Notes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- All sale items are final and non-refundable
- “Secret Drop” items are final sale and non-refundable
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer:
- Customer is responsible for reshipping costs
- Refunds (if applicable) will include deductions for shipping and restocking
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover all associated costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be returned in original packaging
