Shipping Policy

You do not need to create an account to make purchases on our site. Simply click Continue to proceed to checkout. To make your future purchases even faster, you can create an account during checkout.

Affordable Shipping

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders for both domestic and international purchases (before tax and after applicable discounts). Orders below the free shipping threshold are charged a low flat rate.:

  • $6.00 for Domestic Shipments (door-to-door tracking within USA)

  • $9.00 for Standard International Shipments (door-to-country tracking)

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the end customer.

When?

In most cases, all orders confirmed before 14:00 EST are shipped the same day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed Friday after 14:00 EST through Sunday are shipped on Monday.

US Domestic Shipping โ€“ All orders within the US are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Delivery is estimated within 3โ€“7 business days. Tracking information will be emailed with your shipping confirmation.

International Shipping โ€“ All international orders are shipped DHL GM Packet Plus. Delivery is estimated within 1โ€“3 weeks of shipping confirmation. Please note, international shipping times may vary due to customs in your region.

Carriers

We keep it simple and cost-effective so you have more left to put in your Paperwallet. All US orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, and international orders via DHL services.

Returns, Reshipments & Refunds

Your Paperwallet item comes with a One Month Guarantee (30 days). In the rare event that your item is defective (excluding wear from normal use), simply return it within one month of receipt and weโ€™ll take care of you.

  • If shipping details were entered incorrectly by the customer, reshipping fees will apply. If the error was on our end, weโ€™ll reship free of charge.

  • Once an order is marked โ€œdeliveredโ€ by USPS or DHL, securing the package is the customerโ€™s responsibility. We will assist with claims if eligible.

  • If tracking does not update within 45 days of shipment, you may request a refund or reshipment.

  • Refunds are issued once we receive your returned item at our warehouse.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping and handling fees from the original order are non-refundable.

  • All sale items are final and non-refundable.

  • Any โ€œSecret Dropโ€ designs sold are non-refundable. Purchases made during secret sales are considered final.

  • If a package is returned due to customer error in the shipping address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. In the case of a refund, a restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted. If the return is due to our error, Paperwallet will cover all costs.

  • Paperwallet is not responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
